Getting your tickets is a straightforward process that can be done directly from your computer or smartphone. This guide covers the two primary methods: using your Elevent Account or using the View Order search tool.
Method 1: Using Your Elevent Account
If you have an account and are logged in, this is the fastest way to see all your upcoming events in one place.
- Log In: Visit the Elevent website and log in to your account.
- Navigate to Account: Click on your Name in the top-right corner, then select Account from the dropdown menu.
- Find Your Event: On the Overview page, look for the Upcoming Events section.
- Get Tickets: Locate the specific show and click the blue Get Tickets button.
- Note: This button only appears for upcoming shows, not past events.
- View/Download: Your PDF ticket will open in a new tab. You can scroll through multiple tickets if you have a group order, download them to your device, or print them.
Method 2: Using "View Order" (No Login Required)
If you don't have an account or can’t remember your login details, you can still retrieve your tickets using your order confirmation information.
- Select View Order: On the main Elevent navigation bar (top-right), click View Order.
- Enter Order Details: Fill in the following required fields:
- Order Code (found in your confirmation email)
- Billing Email Address
- Billing Postal/Zip Code
- Search: Click the Search button.
- Access PDF: The system will pull up your order, allowing you to view and download your PDF tickets immediately.

- One PDF = One Ticket: Each person in your group needs their own QR code from the PDF.
- Order History: To see a full list of every ticket you've ever bought (past and present), click Order History in the left-hand sidebar of your account page.
- Go Paperless: You don't need to print your tickets! Simply download the PDF to your phone and show the QR code at the door.

- Locate Your PDF: Ensure you have accessed your PDF tickets via your Elevent Account or the View Order tool.
- Charge Your Device: If you aren't printing, make sure your smartphone is fully charged so you can display your QR codes at the entrance.
- Download for Offline Use: Screenshots or saved PDFs are your best friends in case the venue's Wi-Fi is spotty.
- One Code Per Person: Remember that one PDF equals one ticket; if you have multiple tickets in an order, be ready to scroll through the different PDFs for each member of your party.
