How to Manage Your Donations on Elevent

Keeping track of your generosity should be as easy as giving. This guide walks you through logging in, checking your recurring donations, and reviewing your past giving history.

1. Getting Started: Accessing Your Account

Before you can see your donation status, you’ll need to log in to your personal dashboard.

  • Visit the Site: Go to goelevent.com.
  • Sign In: Click on the Account icon in the top-right corner.
  • Navigate to Your Profile: Once logged in, click your name in the top-right corner and select Account from the dropdown menu.

2. Managing Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring gift to support an organization long-term, you can manage those details in the Your Donations tab.

  • Select "Your Donations": Found on the left-hand sidebar of your account page.
  • Review Your Schedule: Here, you will see a list of your "Scheduled Donations," including:
    • Campaign Name: The specific cause you are supporting.
    • Frequency: How often the donation occurs (e.g., Daily, Monthly).
    • Next Date: When the next charge will occur.
    • Payment Method: Which credit card is being billed.
  • Cancel a Donation: If you need to stop a recurring gift, simply click the red Cancel button next to the donation entry.

3. Reviewing One-Time Donations

If you made a one-time contribution, it won't appear under "Scheduled Donations." Instead, you’ll find it in your general transaction history.

  • Select "Order History": This is also located on the left-hand sidebar.
  • Find Your Donation: Your one-time gifts will be listed as orders. You can see the:
    • Order Number & Date: For your records.
    • Amount: The total value of your gift.
    • Organization: The recipient of your donation.

Tip: If you don't see a donation you recently made, double-check that you are logged into the same email account you used during the checkout process!
