🎟️ How to Update Your Event Credentials
Whether you need to change your name, add a friend’s info, or upload a fresh profile picture, follow these simple steps on the Elevent platform.
1. Access Your Account
- Log In: Sign in to your Elevent account.
- Navigate: Click on your Name in the top right corner and select Account from the dropdown menu.
2. Locate Your Credentials
- On your account overview page, find the sidebar menu on the left.
- Click on Your Credentials. This will display all active credentials (lanyards/passes) associated with your account.
3. Edit Information
- Update Text: Click directly into the First Name or Last Name fields to make changes.
- Multiple Passes: If you have more than one credential (e.g., one for you and one for a guest), you can edit each one individually.
4. Upload or Change Your Photo
A clear photo helps organizers identify you at the event, so some organizers may require you to add one.
- Click the New Photo or Add Photo button.
- On Desktop: Click Choose File to select an image from your computer.
- On Mobile: You can upload an existing photo or use your Camera to take a new one on the spot.
- Save: Once the photo looks good, click Save Photo and then Close.
[!IMPORTANT] iPhone Users: Ensure the "Live Photo" feature is turned off before capturing or uploading your picture. Elevent does not support Live Photo files.
5. Finalize Changes
- After editing your info and photo, scroll to the bottom and click the big blue Save Credentials button.
⚠️ A Note on Printed Credentials
If the event organizer has already printed your physical badge or lanyard, changes made online may not reflect on your physical pass. If you've missed the printing deadline, you will need to contact the event organizers directly to request a reprint.
