How to Cancel a Ticket on an Elevent Package
If you have already used a package credit to reserve a ticket for an event, you can easily cancel that reservation to reclaim your credit for another use.
Step 1: Access Your Account
- Navigate to the Elevent website.
- Log in to your account if you haven't already.
- Click on your Username in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Select Account from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Packages
Once on your account overview page:
- Locate the sidebar menu on the left.
- Click on the Your Packages tab. This will display all active and past packages associated with your account.
Step 3: Cancel the Ticket
- Scroll through your list of packages to find the one containing the ticket you wish to cancel.
- Any upcoming events you have reserved will have a red Cancel button next to them.
- Click Cancel.
- A Confirm Ticket Cancel dialog box will appear. Click Confirm Cancellation to finalize the process.
Additional Features: Managing Your Packages
While you're on the Your Packages page, you can also manage your credits and organization:
- Track Your Credits: Each package shows a clear tally of Tickets Left versus Tickets Used, so you always know your remaining balance.
- Custom Package Names: If you have multiple packages (e.g., one for yourself and one for a guest), you can click the Edit icon next to the package name to give it a custom nickname. This makes it much easier to stay organized during the checkout process!
Note: Canceling a ticket typically returns the credit to your package instantly, allowing you to use it for a different screening or event right away.
